SKYDREAM GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1/REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
The general terms and conditions of sale are deemed to have been read and accepted upon receipt of the first payment (including deposit) or following online registration via our website. Registration then becomes effective. In accordance with Article L.121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, persons registered for a service do not benefit from the fourteen-day withdrawal period.

1.1 Payment methods: 

For online orders, the only payment method offered is by credit card.

In the case of reservations made at existing sales counters, payments by cheque made out to SKYDREAM, cash and cards are also possible. 

Note: Your payment entitles you to the flight slot(s) chosen for you.

1.2 Terms and conditions:
1.2.1 Internet: 
Prior to making any booking, the customer undertakes to complete the information requested on the website. The customer certifies that the information provided is true and accurate. After the final choice of services to be booked, the booking procedure includes entering credit card details, consulting and accepting the general terms and conditions of sale and the price booked before confirming the booking, and finally, confirming the booking by the customer.

The booking platform subcontracted by Ultinow acknowledges receipt of the customer's booking by sending an email without delay.
